Raven Moon's JB Toys Signs First Licensing Deal with Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Co.; GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(R) Characters Join the Ranks of SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer and Other Characters Licensed by the BHTB Co.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVEM) announced today that its subsidiary JB Toys, LLC has signed its first licensing deal with the Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Co. located in Valencia, California.

The Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Co. is one of the leading plush toy manufacturers, handling design, manufacture, distribution and sales for major licensed brands including SpongeBob SquarePants, Bob The Builder, Spirit, Spider-Man, Dora The Explorer, Coca-Cola, Paddington, Men In Black II, The Grinch, Clifford The Big Red Dog, and many more. Hamlin Marketing Group of Los Angeles, Raven Moon's licensing firm, negotiated the agreement.

Mr. DiFrancesco said the agreement with Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Co. is a three-year, non-exclusive agreement for manufacturing and distribution of plush toy characters familiar to youngsters from the GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(R) show, which currently airs on 233 television stations covering approximately 82% of the U.S. television market. The toys include characters such as: Cuddle Bugs, BOBO Blocks, Hammy, TV Ted, Fishy and others, that will be marketed online and to specialty stores.
