These two come from the Lowcard camp. How do I know? It says Lowcard all over them, and this summer's hottest fashion accessory Fashion accessories are items apart from the garment itself, which complement the whole outfit. Fashion accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, or scarves.  comes with the issues I got. That's right, kids, no summer outfit is complete without a Lowcard sticker, on your board, on your face--it doesn't matter; if you ain't got it, you're fucking blowing it, dude. Be loud; be proud. Both of these are sparse on words and heavy on the photos, Ratcage being an example of the "youth lifestyle" that is so hot right now--beers, ladies, BBQs, vomit, guns, dogs, guitars, and there you go. Scraggler is, or was, stuff that didn't go into Lowcard so it's a little heavier on the skate content, mostly Bay Area, but some back East stuff, too.
