Raskob on a leasing tear in the Fashion District.

Barbara Raskob, of The Kaufman Organization, which specializes in leasing and managing office space in the Fashion District, has sealed three leases totaling 10,341 s/f at the Nelson Tower, located at 450 Seventh Avenue in just nine days.

Asking prices for all transactions were in the upper-$30s psf range.

"Vacancy rates in the Fashion District are approaching very low numbers as smaller companies are taking advantage of affordable office space in an extremely convenient neighborhood," said Raskob, director of leasing at the Kaufman Organization.

Raskob represented the Kaufman Organization, the landlord in all Nelson Tower transactions below.

Shupack & Hardy, LLE Attorneys at Law, signed a five-year lease for 4,940 s/f.

Jonathan Anapol of Prime Manhattan Reality represented the tenant; Allen L. Rothenberg, one of the leading personal injury law firms in the United States, signed a three-year renewal lease for 4,936 s/f; Vito's Hair Salon Inc., a well-established barber shop, signed a five-year lease for 465 s/f.. Alan Sinovsky of Phoenix Realty Services Limited represented the tenant.
