Asking prices for all transactions were in the upper-$30s psf range. "Vacancy rates in the Fashion District are approaching very low numbers as smaller companies are taking advantage of affordable office space in an extremely convenient neighborhood," said Raskob, director of leasing at the Kaufman Organization. "The Kaufman Organization, because of its presence as an owner and manager of properties in this area, provides clients with an advantage to find great showroom and office space in the Fashion District."
