Raser Technologies, Inc. Adds Mr. Reynold Roeder to Board Of Directors.

PROVO, Utah -- Raser Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:RSTG) ("Raser"), a technology licensing company that develops and licenses advanced electric motor, electric motor drive and related technologies, today announced the addition of Mr. Reynold Roeder to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Roeder is currently Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of LECTRIX, LLC, with offices in Calgary, Alberta, and Portland, Oregon. LECTRIX is developing merchant electrical transmission projects throughout North America. Mr. Roeder is also the Principal and Owner of Roeder & Company LLC, a consulting firm specializing in energy-related matters and tax credit transactions.

Mr. Roeder brings to Raser extensive experience in public accounting, SEC reporting and business management. From 1981 to 1990, he held various positions with Deloitte & Touche and obtained CPA certifications in the states of Oregon, New York and California. While at Deloitte & Touche, he spent three years on the Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. account where he gained a wealth of experience in technical accounting issues, financial analysis, due diligence and complex transactions. He left public accounting to join PacifiCorp Financial Services, Inc. in 1990, and held various officer positions including Assistant Controller, Controller and Vice President. While there, he had responsibility for compliance and SEC reporting. Mr. Roeder is currently a director at Montana Alberta Tie Ltd, which is developing a merchant electrical transmission line running from Lethbridge, Alberta, to Great Falls, Montana. Mr. Roeder has replaced John C. Ritter on the Raser Board of Directors and will stand for election at the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders in May of 2006.

Raser also announces the retirement of Board member Mr. John C. Ritter. In addition, Mr. Ritter will step down as President of Raser. Mr. Ritter's responsibilities as President will be assumed by the current management team. Mr. Ritter will continue to be associated with Raser as a Senior Advisor, focusing on strategic issues and commercialization initiatives.

Mr. Kraig T. Higginson, Executive Chairman of the Board of Raser, extended his gratitude to Mr. Ritter. "John has played a key role in the development of the management team and the commercialization strategy for Raser. I personally thank him for his valuable contributions and look forward to his continued involvement with Raser."
