RasGas plans to build a mono (1) See monochrome and monophonic.

(2) (Mono) An open source implementation of the .NET environment for Linux, Unix and Windows platforms, sponsored by Novell. Mono includes a C# compiler and a Common Language Infrastructure (CLI) runtime engine.
 ethylen glycol glycol (glī`kōl), dihydric alcohol in which the two hydroxyl groups are bonded to different carbon atoms; the general formula for a glycol is (CH2)n(OH)2.  pipeline in North Field, Qatar.

The project aims at the introduction of a pipeline system for mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) to prevent corrosion in the main gas export pipelines.

The project will include a 185 Km pipeline and 11 wellhead platforms.

Upcoming Events:

In October 2013, the construction contract is expected to be officially signed between Rasgas and Hyundai Heavy Industries and construction of the pipeline is expected to start.
