Rapid Link Communications, a leading next-generation provider of international Internet-based communication services and JiTong Network Communications Co., Ltd. announced today that both companies have entered into an agreement to bilaterally exchange traffic on each company's extensive Internet Protocol (IP) networks.

With the agreement, Rapid Link and JiTong will interconnect their IP networks to terminate and originate traffic from the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the United States allowing customers to have access to calling destinations around the world at greater cost savings and quality.
