Random Lengths Publications settles copyright infringement suit for six-figure award.


Under terms of the agreement, Random Lengths Publications Inc. publisher Jon Anderson John Roy "Jon" Anderson (born October 25, 1944) is an English musician, best known as the lead singer of the progressive rock band Yes. He is also an accomplished solo artist, and has collaborated for over 20 years with the Greek musician Vangelis, creating the duo "Jon & Vangelis".  told NL/NL, the following statement is all that he is permitted to issue--which he ran on the front page of the October 15, 2004, Random Lengths newsletter, taglined "The Weekly Report On North American North American
