Randall-Reilly Communications (Birmingham, AL), a company whose Truck Stop Publishing Division includes "Truckers News," "Overdrive (processor) Overdrive - An Intel Pentium processor which fits into a socket designed to accomodate an Intel 486, or into a special upgrade socket on the motherboard. ," "Owner/Operator," "Transportista" (formerly "Truckers News en Espanol") and "Commercial Carrier Journal," has acquired the assets of Kona Communications (Deerfield, IL), the publisher of "Truck Parts & Services" and "Successful Dealer" magazines, and the annual "Aftermarket Aftermarket

The deal "furthers our goal of offering trucking industry suppliers a property to meet each of their marketing needs." Besides its Truck Stop Division, Randall-Reilly properties also include "Equipment World," "Total Landscape Care" and "Top Bid" magazines, references and Equipment Data Associates.
