He previously held marketing and sales management positions at Philips Semiconductor Japan K.K. and ST Microelectronics K.K. Prior to ST Microelectronics, he served as general manger for nonvolatile semiconductor memory maker, Xicor in Japan. Mr. Hayase is an engineering graduate of Yattsushiro National College of Technology.
