RMBS Russian Mortgage-Backed Securities ), one of the world's premier technology licensing companies specializing in high-speed memory architectures, today announced it has awarded its annual "Innovator of the Future" scholarships to Sravanthi (Srav) Puranam of St. Francis High School and Louis Smith of Mountain View High School. Established in 2005, the Rambus "Innovator of the Future" scholarship program seeks to broaden the educational opportunities of students who demonstrate a passion for science and technology that extends beyond the classroom, by virtue of their academic and extracurricular achievement.
These students have each been awarded $10,000 for college or university tuition and books at a U.S. or foreign college or university. The scholarship money will be distributed in equal increments over four years at the beginning of each academic year.
