* Speaking of Radio One, they recently announced a partnership with satellite radio provider XM Satellite Radio to offer five channels of urban programming targeted to African Americans African American Multiculture A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa. See Race. and urban listeners. Satellite radios allow listeners to access to radio stations normally outside their broadcast area.
