:RADS), a leading provider of integrated technology solutions to retailers worldwide, announces that Regal Cinemas has signed a software license agreement for all existing Regal and ACTIII sites. This agreement was signed following successful implementation of Radiant Systems' site-based entertainment solution in approximately 140+ Regal Cinemas sites.

Regal Cinemas is now in the process of rolling out Radiant Systems' products throughout both ACTIII and remaining Regal sites. Approximately 25 more sites will be installed in the remainder of 1998. Regal's J.E. Henry, V.P. of I.S., says, "Radiant Systems has been our strategic partner for over three years and we are jointly committed to a premier partnership. This agreement allows us to meet both our current and future retail technology needs."
