Work will be performed in Boulder, Colo. (2.6%); Columbia, Md. (6%); Huntsville, Ala. (85.6%); and the Marshall Space Flight Center The George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), the original home of NASA, is a lead center for propulsion, Space Shuttle propulsion, Shuttle external fuel tank, crew training and payloads, International Space Station (ISS) design and construction, for computers, networks, and , Ala. (5.8%), and is expected to be completed by May 19, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
