RadarGolf Assembles High-Profile Advisory Board.

Mr. Cooper has extensive experience in technology licensing, business development and intellectual property law. Quentin was Director of World Wide Licensing at eGain Communications and served as in-house counsel at Vantive Corp., which was acquired by PeopleSoft, Inc.
