RWD and Paragon Sign Long-term Development Partnership

Paragon Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of onshore, nearshore, and offshore software development services, has signed a 3-year development contract with RWD Technologies to integrate the Paragon recording and simulation technologies into RWD's product suite.

Paragon's technology will also enhance the functionality of RWD Info Pak(TM).

RWD Info Pak provides customers with a comprehensive toolset for capturing, organizing, and distributing key business knowledge related to the implementation of new software. For example, in an organization that is implementing SAP software, a content developer using RWD Info Pak can rapidly capture knowledge needed to configure and test the software and to train end users. The content developer simply runs each SAP transaction. RWD Info Pak captures each step in the transaction and converts the result to professionally formatted content that can be published in a variety of forms. The content can also be rapidly published to a web site and attached to online, context-sensitive help.
