RUSSIA - May 11 - Putin Pushes Ahead With Priorities.

Pres Putin orders the government to draft bills aimed at implementing many of the priorities outlined in his state of the nation address last month, including defining limits on foreign investment in strategic areas of the economy. Putin had said in his speech that it was right for Russia to impose limits in areas such as infrastructure, defence and natural monopolies, but that it was important to define exactly what the limits were.
