RUN-DOWN THEATER HOLDS UP COMMUNITY RENEWAL.

A boarded-up and blighted theater in downtown Reseda would become the centerpiece of a bustling business district under a plan approved Friday by the Los Angeles City Council The Los Angeles City Council is the governing body of the City of Los Angeles, California, United States. .
