The first of the quadruplets could come home as early as this weekend, said Lisa Kort, a spokeswoman for Kaiser Permanente Kaiser Permanente is an integrated managed care organization, based in Oakland, California, founded in 1945 by industrialist Henry J. Hope, Sophia, Emma and Natalie, who weighed between 3 pounds 5 ounces and 4 pounds 7 ounces when they were born, are all in stable condition, Kort said.

Kimberly Jacobsson, who could not be immediately reached, has been visiting the girls every day, said Debra de Seve, who has been friends with the Jacobssons for 11 years. Martin Jacobsson, a registered nurse, also goes as often as he can.

The Jacobssons still need high chairs, clothes and diapers, De Seve said. They have two cribs Cribs may mean:

Along with holding a rummage sale, friends have been helping out around the house.

Since the babies were born, people from the Jacobssons' church have been bringing dinner over every other night. Others are pitching in by hiring a housekeeper HOUSEKEEPER. One who occupies a house.

Once the babies come home, friends will go to the Jacobssons' home in shifts, helping feed the infants and changing diapers. ``We're just trying to support them as much as we can,'' de Seve said.

After the rummage sale, people can send donations to the Jacobssons in care of Vineyard Christian Fellowship, 26516 Golden Valley Road, Suite. 201, Saugus, CA 91350.
