RTP enters sheet extrusion business.


Specialty compounder RTP (1) (Rapid Transport Protocol) The protocol used in IBM's High Performance Routing (HPR) system.

(2) (Realtime Transport Protocol) An IP protocol that supports real time transmission of voice and video.
 Co. has opened a new sheet extrusion division at its Winona, Minn., headquarters. RTP will produce custom sheet products based on its wide range of engineering resin resin, any of a class of amorphous solids or semisolids. Resins are found in nature and are chiefly of vegetable origin. They are typically light yellow to dark brown in color; tasteless; odorless or faintly aromatic; translucent or transparent; brittle, fracturing  systems. RTP can produce sheet and rollstock from 0.010 to 0.400 in. thick and up to 62 in. wide. RTP sees the sheet division as another outlet for its compounded resins resins,
