) today announced that it's RSL COM (1) (Computer Output Microfilm) Creating microfilm or microfiche from the computer. A COM machine receives print-image output from the computer either online or via tape or disk and creates a film image of each page.  U.S.A., Inc. prepaid card division, RSL COM PrimeCall, Inc., is now providing a cellular phone service and prepaid cellular calling cards. The new service is available through RSL COM PrimeCall's major distributors of prepaid calling cards following the company's recent agreement with TeleData World Service, Inc., a national reseller of prepaid cellular service.

Through the TeleData agreement, RSL COM will be the primary distributor of prepaid cellular for "retail" customers. Customers have a choice of cellular telephones ranging in price from $99 to $149, which includes 10 minutes of local airtime. Additional prepaid cellular airtime cards may be purchased in $30, $50 and $100 units. The program offers airtime as low as 29 cents per minute, with no contract, monthly fee or activation fee, and bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service.
