(McLean, VA, USA) RSIS Rotorcraft Systems Integrated Simulator RSIS Robotic Systems Integration Standards RSIS Relocatable Screen Interface Specification ), based in McLean, Virginia, recently hired Mr. Anthony (Tony) Goe to establish and direct its newly formed Intelligence Community Support Division (ICSD ICSD Inorganic Crystal Structure Database ICSD International Classification of Sleep Disorders ICSD International Committee of Sports for the Deaf ICSD International Central Securities Depository ). Mr. Goe comes to RSIS from 10 1/2 years at J.G. Van Dyke & Associates, Inc. (recently acquired by Wang Global), where he concluded as the Director of their Intelligence Systems Division. Mr. Goe brings 30 years of experience in IT disciplines, coupled with program management of intelligence community contracts. His most recent assignments have included program management of the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Community On-Line Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM) project and the National Ground Intelligence Center The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is part of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command. The NGIC provides scientific and technical intelligence (S& TI) and general military intelligence (GMI) on foreign ground forces in support of the war fighting (NGIC NGIC National Ground Intelligence Center (Charlottesville, VA) NGIC National Gang Intelligence Center (Department of Justice) NGIC National Geodetic Information Center ) Network Integration and Computer Operations support contract. Mr. Goe's management of COLISEUM resulted in DIA winning the coveted Computerworld Smithsonian Award bronze medal in 1997. At DIA's 29th Annual Honorary Awards Ceremony on October 21, 1999, the DIA Director, with presentation of the Superior Contractor Performance Award, further recognized Mr. Goe's extraordinary contribution to the Intelligence Community and management of the COLISEUM program. While serving in the US Army, Mr. Goe's last assignment was as Deputy Information Management Officer (IMO) for the Army Intelligence Agency (AIA), a former field operating agency under the Army DCSINT DCSINT Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (US DoD) . There, Mr. Goe was responsible for planning and managing the automation requirements of AIA and its intelligence production assets before realignment brought to them under DIA and the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM INSCOM United States Army Intelligence & Security Command ). His service in that capacity earned him the Legion of Merit Legion of Merit n. Abbr.
