, a Delaware limited liability company, announced that yesterday they completed their previously announced offer to exchange $620,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of their 91/2% Senior Notes due 2014 (the "new notes"), which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of their outstanding 91/2% Senior Notes due 2014 (the "old notes").

A total of $620,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the old notes, representing 100% of the outstanding old notes, were tendered and accepted for exchange. The terms of the new notes are substantially identical to those of the old notes, except that the new notes are registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and, as a result, the transfer restrictions and registration rights provisions applicable to the old notes do not apply to the new notes.
