RRA Attorneys to Be Featured at National Business Institute Seminar on Strategies for Proper Trust Creation.


FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- On August 9th, and 10th, 2007 the National Business Institute will present two one-day seminars on Strategies For Proper Trust Creation. This basic level, seminar is designed for attorneys, paralegals, and trust officers as a comprehensive overview of the trust process and will help them gain the skills and knowledge needed to ensure their client's planning needs are met. Accountants, CPAs, administrators and financial advisors will gain information that will help them work knowledgeably with trusts.

Recently, trusts have become a sought-after method for people to safeguard assets for themselves and their beneficiaries.

Attendees will be taught how to sort through the various types of trusts available so that they can match the appropriate plan to each individual situation, and create trusts above reproach by adhering to established ethical standards. Topics covered will also include identifying the main parties in order to get them up to date on their duties and responsibilities to a trust, ably advising on specific trusts such as family, marital and special needs, and ensuring crucial elements, clauses and provisions are included when the trust is drafted. Also covered will be information on how to control the impact of estate-related taxes and how to resolve trust disputes with a straightforward strategy.

These one day seminars will feature two attorneys, Denis Denis, king of Portugal: see Diniz.  Kleinfeld and Carl Linder, both with the South Florida law firm of Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler as well as other noted attorneys in the field.
