RR Donnelley Positioned To Provide Even Broader Array Of Customer Communications Outsourcing Services

CHICAGO -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NYSE: RRD) has broadened its European document process outsourcing platform following the successful completion of the transition phase of its seven year outsourcing agreement with ING. Under the agreement RR Donnelley has assumed responsibility for operating thirteen facilities covering print and mail, mailroom management, scanning, reprographics and fulfilment.

Manuel Mentink, Managing Director of RR Donnelley Global Document Solutions in Benelux said that the company is now even better positioned to serve customer's communication management needs in Europe. "The completion of the transition phase for ING is an important milestone as it further demonstrates our capability very effectively to manage large scale, complex outsourcing contracts. It also expands our outsourcing platform and enhances our ability to offer extremely competitive communications solutions, including print-and-mail and scanning and fulfillment to new clients in Europe".
