RPM hires associate general counsel.

RPM International has hired Shelly Hillyer as associate general counsel. In her new position, Hillyer will be responsible for managing its litigation and insurance coverage disputes and coordinating its legislative tort reform efforts and monitor compliance with corporate policies.
