It was Royal's second consecutive victory over Simi Valley.

``We are kings of the Valley for another year,'' Royal coach Gene Ublhardt said. ``This is the biggest margin we've won by and to end like this is fantastic.''

The Highlanders started on a roll. Randy Plue capped an opening drive with a 5-yard touchdown run just 1:11 into the contest.

Royal extended its lead a few seconds later, when Kevin Krause intercepted a pass and returned it to the Simi Valley 4.
