ROUNDUP : ALEMANY ROLLS TO WIN OVER PASADENA.

Sophomore Casey Clausen Casey Clausen (born January 9, 1981) is a former American football player who played college football for the University of Tennessee. He took over the starting position from A.J. Suggs.  threw three touchdown passes and the Alemany High School football team got a pair of turnovers late in the game to beat visiting Pasadena 28-6.

The win gave Alemany head coach Jim Bonds Jim L. Bond (born 1936) is a minister and emeritus general superintendent in the Church of the Nazarene.  his first victory.

Bonds, a graduate of Hart High and one of the best prep quarterbacks in area history, had his offense clicking well by mixing the running of freshman Deandre Scott (25 yards, six carries) and Miguel Fletcher Fletcher may refer to one of the following: Ideas and companies

Clausen, a 6-foot-3 transfer from La Canada, got off to a slow start but was impressive when under a heavy pass rush. He completed 17 of 32 pass attempts for 192 yards.

However, in one stretch in the first half, Clausen completed 9 of 11 passes as the Indians (1-1) built a 21-0 lead at halftime.

But Alemany struggled to put the Bulldogs away, combining a turnover and three personal foul penalties in the fourth quarter.

Pasadena, which managed just one first down in the first half, couldn't capitalize.

Buena 14, Agoura 9:The Bulldogs held off the Chargers at Ventura High as Ryan McCann's 30th pass of the game fell incomplete in the end zone as time expired.

Despite the loss, Agoura held Buena to just 59 yards in the second half.

McCann, looking to get his team off to a 2-0 start, finished the game 16 of 30 for 216 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

He found tight end Marcus Helfman on a 10-yard score for the 1-1 Chargers' only touchdown of the evening.

Buena running back Aaron Kleefisch, who rushed for 143 yards last week, ran for 131 yards and scored both touchdowns for the Bulldogs (2-0).

The Chargers put together a 15-play drive and had a chance to take a 9-7 lead but came up empty when Danny Brockdorf's 26-yard field-goal attempt bounced off the upright.

On the following drive, it looked as if Agoura's defense had stopped Buena after three plays, but a 14-yard run off a fake punt kept the drive alive for the Bulldogs. Seven plays later, Kleefisch scored on a 6-yard run, giving Buena a 14-6 halftime lead.

Helfman caught seven passes for 103 yards and 1 TD, Garrett Lepisto had four catches for 70 yards, and Chris Poling rushed 15 times for 56 yards.

Hamilton has appeared in scores of television commercials.  passed for three touchdowns and ran for two more in leading Valencia in a non-conference game in Victorville.

Hamilton, who finished 8 of 11 passing for 210 yards, teamed with wide receiver Michael Swanson on scoring plays of 11 and 7 yards, and later connected with Dwayne Miller on a 45-yard scoring pass.

After turning the ball over on its first two drives, Valencia (1-1) scored on their next nine possessions in establishing a school record. The Vikings amassed 532 yards in total offense.

Running back Manuel White Manuel White (born July 2, 1982) is an American football running back. , who gained 218 yards on 14 carries and scored two touchdowns, opened the scoring with an 86-yard scoring run late in the first quarter. Swanson caught 7 passes for 155 yards for the Vikings.

Calabasas 30, Oak Park 0: Running back Robby Coppola ran 17 times for 117 yards and one touchdown as the host Coyotes (2-0) rolled to a nonleague win over the Eagles (0-2).

Calabasas quarterback Dallas Enoch threw a touchdown pass to Bilal Hasan and ran for two touchdowns. Enoch completed 6 of 13 passes for 154 yards. Drew Coppola carried nine times for 71 yards.

The Eagles had three interceptions, two by Christian Chivaroli and a touchdown-saving pick by Todd Corley in the fourth quarter.

Burbank was able to drive to the Glendale 12-yard line with 19 seconds left in the game, but was turned back when tailback tail·back

Mack played collegiately at Clemson University and was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the 1st round (11th overall) of the 1984  sacked Camarillo quarterback Garrett Valencia on Rio Mesa's 31-yard line causing a fumble which was recovered by Jerome Stevens and returned for a 62-yard touchdown.

After the fumble recovery, the Spartans (2-0) held Camarillo on 4th-and-2 on the 43-yard line and gained the ball on downs. Rio Mesa marched 43 yards to score again with 33 seconds left in the half. Howie Atkins scored the first of his three touchdowns, a 5-yard run, to take a 13-7 advantage at the half.

In the second half, both teams continued to run the ball successfully. Camarillo scored on two 80-yard touchdown drives tying the game at 21. One was highlighted by a 75-yard score by Howe.

Quarterback Vernon Smith found wide receiver Damon Carson in the end zone for an 18-yard scoring play with 2:47 left in the game. Carson outjumped two Sultana defenders to pull in the winning touchdown.

The Eagle defense rose up many times to stop the Sultans, with the biggest play coming on the first possesion of the second half. Defensive back Mike Brown intercepted Sultana quarterback Nick Higgs in the end zone to stop an 85-yard drive.

Sultana tried to convert fourth-and-short many times but was met by a host of Ealgles on each attempt to come up short.
