Thousand Trails Inc. has begun adding cabins to its away-from-home accommodations. Thirty cabins should be added to the system of 59 campgrounds by the end of the year, with four of the cabins currently located in the system's Soledad Canyon Soledad Canyon is a long narrow canyon / valley located in Los Angeles County, California between the cities of Palmdale and Santa Clarita. There's a real appeal to this because there's a large group of people that want the quality of life that comes with camping.'' Thousand Trails' Soledad Canyon Preserve is on 266 acres at 4700 Crown Valley Road in Acton and features playgrounds, RV storage, spa and swimming pools, tennis courts and children's activities.
