Shelburne was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She attended El Camino Real High School in Woodland Hills, California where she was a class valedictorian.
 

Palmdale City Councilman Jim Root has been hired as the new football coach at Highland High of Palmdale, replacing Sam (1) (Security Accounts Manager) The part of Windows NT that manages the database of usernames, passwords and permissions. A SAM resides in each server as well as in each domain controller. See PDC and trust relationship.  Vaiana, who was dismissed earlier this summer.

 Unified School Board. Although he re-applied for the position, Vaiana told the Daily News last month that he never thought the school had any intention of rehiring him. He added he's had several offers to work as an assistant at other football programs in the Antelope Valley and also is considering high school football coaching opportunities in Texas.

Vaiana was 10-10-1 in two seasons at Highland.
