          ROHR INDUSTRIES, INC. CHANGES NAME TO ROHR, INC.
    CHULA VISTA, Calif., Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- At the annual

meeting of shareholders, held on Dec. 7, 1991, the shareholders voted to change the name of the corporation from Rohr Industries, Inc. (NYSE: RHR) to "Rohr, Inc." The name change became effective on Dec. 13, 1991, upon the filing of a Certificate of Amendment to the Restated Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of the State of Delaware.

    The previous name, "Rohr Industries, Inc.," was established in 1971 to reflect the broad range of separate businesses in which the company was then engaged.  The name Rohr, Inc. reflects the return of the company's focus to the aerospace industry.
    Rohr designs, integrates, manufactures and supports engine nacelle systems and components for commercial, military and business aircraft.  Rohr, headquartered in Chula Vista, has facilities in the United States and Europe.
