ROGERS' SHOOTING WINS FOR CLIPPERS.

Rodney Rogers scored 30 points, including a go-ahead 3-pointer with 20 seconds remaining, to give the Clippers a 107-102 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night in Oakland.

The Clippers (15-50) have won five straight over the Warriors (14-51), who have the NBA's second-worst record behind Denver (8-59).

Clarence Weatherspoon's bank shot with 34.7 seconds left gave the Warriors a 102-100 lead, but Rogers countered with a 3-pointer to put the Clippers up 103-102.

The Warriors threw away two passes and missed a shot on their final three possessions, and the Clippers made four free throws in the final 13 seconds to seal the victory.

Rogers made 12 of 17 shots from the field and grabbed 12 rebounds.

Donyell Marshall tied a season high with 28 points for Golden State; Erick Dampier added 17 points and 12 assists.

Chicago 90, Indiana 84: In Indianapolis, Michael Jordan rebounded from a rare off night with a great performance against the Pacers. Held to 17 points a night earlier, Jordan scored 35 points, made a big steal with 29 seconds to go and hit two clinching free throws with 11 seconds left.

New York 100, Philadelphia 96: In Madison Square Garden, Allan Houston scored 31 points, Larry Johnson had 26 and the Knicks, after leading by as many as 22, hung on to defeat the 76ers.

The Knicks snapped a losing streak at three games and won for only the second time in their last eight games.

And there was more good news for the Knicks: Patrick Ewing broke his three-month silence to reiterate his intention to return to the team in time for the playoffs.

Dallas 99, Boston 93: Michael Finley scored four of his 16 points over the final 50 seconds as the Mavericks extended the Celtics' losing streak to five games, in Dallas.

Dallas forward Cedric Ceballos, who tore cartilage in his right knee on Sunday, will miss the rest of the season.

Denver 90, Washington 89: Anthony Goldwire sank a 3-pointer with 7.2 seconds left as the visiting Nuggets rallied to earn their third victory in four games. Goldwire's basket capped a 10-2 Denver run over the final 75 seconds.

Orlando 99, Vancouver 92: Nick Anderson had 21 points and 12 rebounds as the Magic defeated the Grizzlies, spoiling Vancouver coach Brian Hill's return to Orlando.

Atlanta 117, Toronto 105: Mookie Blaylock had a triple-double and Tyrone Corbin led a devastating 3-point attack with 20 points as the Hawks beat the host Raptors.

The Hawks hit 13 of 27 from 3-point range to hand the Raptors its seventh defeat in its last eight games.

Phoenix 107, Sacramento 80: Antonio McDyess had 19 points and Rex Chapman scored 12 of his 17 in the third period as the host Suns earned their fifth consecutive victory.

Cleveland 96, Portland 82: Vitaly Potapenko came off the bench to tie his season high with 18 points as the Cavaliers snapped a road losing streak at six games with a victory over the listless Trail Blazers.

Houston 96, Milwaukee 91: Clyde Drexler got 15 points and nine assists as the Rockets beat the Bucks in Houston. The Rockets almost blew a 15-point fourth-quarter lead but held on to hand the injury-plagued Bucks their seventh straight loss.
