ROBERT M. BOWEN JOINS DREMAN VALUE MANAGEMENT AS PRESIDENT AND CEO

 JERSEY CITY, N.J., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Dreman Value Management, L.P. ("DVM"), today announced that Robert M. Bowen has joined this investment management firm as president and chief executive officer.
 Mr. Bowen has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry.
 He previously served as senior vice president with the Prudential Asset Management Company, the institutional investment subsidiary of the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
 Prior to that he was a partner of the Hutton Capital Management subsidiary of E. F. Hutton & Co. He also served for 12 years with A.G. Becker/SEI Consulting Group in various capacities including overseeing the manager selection and investment policy planning group.
 David Dreman, who is the founder and chairman of DVM, said, "We are delighted to have found someone with these top-notch qualifications to lead our firm's client service and administrative operations.  Mr. Bowen is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University.
 DVM was founded in 1977 by David Dreman to manage investment portfolios for institutions and individuals. DVM is a leading exponent of the low price-to-earnings ratio investment strategy that seeks to identify strongly financed growing companies whose stocks sell at prices that are low multiples of earnings. This value-oriented strategy may also be described as "contrarian" since such stocks are typically temporarily out of favor with investors.
