At about 12:30 a.m. Monday, Burbank officers spotted the vehicle driving in the 11600 block of Burbank Boulevard and arrested the suspect, police said. Inside the car, a knife and gun were found, along with the victims' identifications. ``We've pretty well determined that he's responsible,'' Jamieson said.
