A few minutes later, the gunman ran up to a family in a Ford Explorer along Haynes Street, forced the person in the passenger seat out, then jumped in the vehicle with the driver and children still inside. The gunman forced the driver to take him to a Costco store in Burbank, where he robbed the man, then jumped out and ran away. The suspect, who might live in the Burbank area, is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 185 pounds, police said.
