ROAD REPORT.Byline: The Register-Guard Major road construction information from Lane County, the cities of Eugene and Springfield, and the Oregon Department of Transportation for this week: SPRINGFIELD Belt Line Road, Gateway Street to Game Farm Road: Contractor will be doing landscaping from Hutton Street to Game Farm Road. Traffic will be restricted to two lanes. Motorists should be aware of lane shift and new lane configuration between Gateway Street and Game Farm Road. Game Farm Road, Belt Line Road to Deadmond Ferry Road Ferry Road is one of the major roads of Edinburgh, Scotland, and is often referred to as an area in its own right. It runs from the eastern end of Davidson's Mains village in the west, to Leith in the east, passing through Goldenacre on the way. : This section of roadway is closed until further notice to allow for reconstruction of roadway surface. OREGON AVENUE Oregon Avenue in Creswell at I-5 and Hill Creek Bridge: Contractor will continue to construct embankment for structure widening at the Oregon Avenue overpass of I-5. Installation of deck reinforcement on the Hill Creek Bridge will continue. Expect some delays on Oregon Avenue. HIGHWAY 126 EAST Glenwood, Springfield, Vida: In the next few weeks, traffic detection loops will be installed. Until then, traffic signals will be operating on timed cycles. Work between 20th and 72nd streets will begin this week with the removal of median islands, replacement of curbs and gutters, and adjusting utilities.
