ROAD REPORT.Byline: The Register-Guard Road construction projects scheduled for today through Oct. 15: Springfield Belt Line Road, Gateway Street to Game Farm Road: Contractor will place concrete pavement, curbs and sidewalks on the north side of Belt Line Road from Hutton Street to Game Farm Road. Traffic will be restricted to two lanes in this area. Motorists should be aware of lane shift and new lane configuration between Gateway Street and Game Farm Road. Expect delays. South 42nd Street, Mount Vernon Mount Vernon, estate, United States Mount Vernon, NE Va., overlooking the Potomac River near Alexandria, S of Washington, D.C.; home of George Washington from 1747 until his death in 1799.
