HIGHWAY 58 This project will replace or repair bridges at Milepost 1.96 just east of Goshen (repair); Milepost 2.71 just east of the I-5-Highway 58 interchange (replace); the Union Pacific Railroad Union Pacific Railroad, transportation company chartered (1862) by Congress to build part of the nation's first transcontinental railroad line. Under terms of the Pacific Railroads Act, the Union Pacific was authorized to build a line westward from Omaha, Nebr. bridge at Milepost 8 near Pleasant Hill (replace); the Lost Creek Bridge The Lost Creek Bridge is a covered bridge located near Lake Creek, Oregon, United States. HIGHWAY 36 This project will replace the existing bridge over Lingo Slough Slough (slou), city (1991 pop. 106,341) and borough, central England. After World War I, the residential city and its outlying area underwent rapid industrial development, owing in part to its proximity to London. , which is just east of Cheshire. The highway will be reduced to one-lane traffic at all times for the majority of the construction period. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.
