The prices are effective immediately and apply to new orders and quotations for products scheduled for delivery OCTOBER October: see month.  1 THROUGH DECEMBER December: see month.  31, 1995. Prices are FOB FOB 1) adj. short for Free on Board, meaning shipped to a specific place without cost. 2) Friend of Bill (Clinton). specified length.  Unless otherwise specified, 1/2-inch per cut for
kerf loss plus 1/4-inch on the overall length will be allowed.  When
ordered by weight, tolerances are +5% -0.

HEAT TREATING EXTRA
Base condition of titanium billets is mill annealed.  For billets
supplied in the solution treated or in the solution treated and aged
condition or to any other single or duplex heat treat cycle...Inquire.


MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
No extra per heat of material is applicable for normal certification
of guaranteed mechanical properties of billet stock based on a
forge-down test performed either by upsetting, and/or draw-out.
Guaranteed full section properties, in lieu of normal forge-down test
