RMH Teleservices Names Two New Directors.

BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 2000

RMH Teleservices, Inc. (Nasdaq NMS:RMHT) today announced that Jeffrey Jensen, 41, and Gregory Lakin, 57, have joined its Board of Directors.

Mr. Jensen is President of R-T Investors LLC, the firm that recently acquired 49% of RMH Teleservices in previously announced private transactions.

Mr. Lakin brings expertise in customer care management and call center consulting. Specifically, he has significant experience in business process strategy, planning and operational implementation with a marketing focus on customer care, technical help desk operation, telemarketing, direct marketing and client services. Mr. Lakin currently serves as Regional President, General Manager and a Director of Global Employer's Network Inc. (GENI), one of the nation's largest outsourced recruiting companies, specializing in hiring IT professionals and E-commerce personnel. Prior to joining GENI, from 1996 through 1998, Mr. Lakin was President and General Manager for the Dallas Professional Services Division of Inacom Corp. (NYSE:ICO). Earlier in his career, Mr. Lakin provided consulting services to EDS/AT Kearney and others, managed Bell Atlantic's direct marketing programs where he was responsible for all call center operations and was the program manager and creative force in the development of AT&T's Merlin Communications System.
