The 33,000 square foot facility is located in Oromocto, New Brunswick Oromocto (2001 pop.: 8,843) is a Canadian town in Sunbury County, New Brunswick.
The town is located on the west bank of the Saint John River at the mouth of the Oromocto River, approximately 20 kilometres southeast of Fredericton. , a town 15 miles outside of Fredericton and home to Canada's largest military base. Local officials identified the Oromocto Business Complex site and quickly presented an attractive business proposal to RMH. Within days, RMH had secured a multi-year lease on the Business Complex site.
