RMH Teleservices International Expansion -- New Canadian Call Center Announced.

BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--RMH Teleservices Inc. (Nasdaq:RMHT), a leading provider of teleservice solutions, announced today the opening of a new call center in Canada.

The 33,000 square foot facility is located in Oromocto, New Brunswick, a town 15 miles outside of Fredericton and home to Canada's largest military base. The call center will have 200 workstations and should create 500 new jobs with an estimated annual payroll in excess of CAN$9 million. The Canadian site is being launched under RMH's newly created: RMH Teleservices International.

Working closely with New Brunswick Economic Development and the Greater Fredericton Economic Development Office, RMH identified Oromocto as a location rich in quality labor and existing technological support. Local officials identified the Oromocto Business Complex site and quickly presented an attractive business proposal to RMH. Within days, RMH had secured a multi-year lease on the Business Complex site.

"Renovation is currently underway and calling is expected to begin in early March," said Bob Berwanger, chief operating officer. "Area residents are being interviewed for staff positions and applications for telesales representatives are being accepted via mail and the Internet.
