RMD Entertainment Announces Agreement with Apple Corporations I-Tunes, the Worlds Largest On-Line Music Store.

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 2004

RMD See Required minimum distribution.  Entertainment (Pink Sheets: DRMH - News) announced today its lone subsidiary RMD Dance Inc, has reached an agreement with Apple Corporation's I Tunes, the world's largest on-line music store, for the digital distribution of key titles from the upcoming RMD album release of C and C Music Factories Greatest Hits remixed album. The deal will begin with placement of "Everybody Dance Now...(Sweat)" in the on-line giants catalogue initially, with deals in the works for the rest of the album as well as the entire RMD catalogue.

Each time a consumer downloads a song from the site (http://www.apple.com/itunes/) they pay a fee of $0.99, which is then split between RMD and Apple Corp.

In it's first year, I Tunes sold more than 70 million songs. With I Tunes forecasting an even bigger response by music consumers at large, the venture could be a very powerful one for RMD.

"Everybody Dance Now...(Sweat)", by C and C Music Factory, is recognized as the best selling dance record of all time at 9 million copies sold to date. RMD has produced 7 new remixes of the hit with original C and C Music Factory member Freedom Williams Frederick Brandon "Freedom" Williams (born 13 February 1966, in Brooklyn, New York) is a Hip-Hop and Club/Dance performer, who gained fame as the lead vocalist on C+C Music Factory's biggest hits. . All 7 mixes will be placed on I Tunes for individual sale to the public.
