RKF will be responsible for leasing 2,675 s/f of ground-floor and basement space at 404 Third Ave., 2,470 s/f of ground-floor space at 997 Third Ave., 9,000 s/f of lower-level space at 552 Sixth Ave., 1,000 s/f of ground-floor space at 1375B Sixth Ave., 3,700 s/f of ground-floor and basement space at 1379 Sixth Ave. and 2,700 s/f of ground-floor space at 47 E. 21st St.
Scott Edlitz, managing director With RKF, is representing Manhattan Skyline Management in this assignment.
"We recently completed a lease for Manhattan Skyline Management with Urban Outfitters at 999 Third Ave.," Edlitz said.
"Soon after the completion of the deal, we were chosen to lease retail space at six of its other buildings in Manhattan."
Manhattan Skyline Management currently manages 12 residential buildings in New York totaling nearly 4,000 luxury apartments. The properties are located in New York City's most desirable residential neighborhoods.
