Robert K. Futterman & Associates has been retained as the exclusive retail leasing agent for four new properties in Manhattan totaling 19,566 s/f

At 291 Seventh Avenue, RKF managing sirector Sal Ferrigno and director Jonathan Krieger are marketing 1,700 s/f on behalf of building ownership Haim Zariff. The space, previously occupied by Samurai Sam's, is located in Manhattan's Chelsea District on the east block of Seventh Avenue between 26thand 27th Streets.

On behalf of Manhattan Capital LLC, senior vp Steve Asch and associate Brett Weinblatt are marketing 11,038 s/f at 45 John Street at the base of a renovated condominium building. The space offers two ground floor retail units and a selling basement.

At 700 Broadway, RKF president and CEO Robert K. Futterman, senior vp Karen Bellantoni and director Beth Rosen are marketing 6,828 s/f of retail space on behalf of Lincoln Property.
