RKF and Penzner arrange lease for new candy boutique.


Dylan's Candybar, a new retailing concept that promises to provide sweets lovers of all ages with an original candy store experience, has signed a 10-year lease for its new flagship at the Savoy, a condominium on Manhattan's Upper East Side, according to according to

A vision of artist Dylan Lauren Dylan Lauren is the daughter of clothing designer Ralph Lauren and the owner of Dylan's Candy Bar based in New York City. Dylan was born in New York City in May 1974. Dylan was graduated from Duke University in 1996 where she studied art history.  and Jeff Rubin, creator of the Warner Bros BROS Brothers

 Schweetz candy units, Dylan's Candybar will provide the ultimate candy destination - featuring colorful counters for eating and relaxing, innovative design elements and a sweet mosaic of edible delights.

Located at 1011 Third Ave. on the corner of 60th Street, the 4,300 SF store comprises 2,000 SF at street level and a 2,300 SF selling basement. It is located directly across from Bloomingdale's and adjacent to the new Bloomberg headquarters. Opening is planned for this fall.
