 has been named exclusive retail leasing agent for the World-Wide Group at 110-120 Church St., 88 Greenwich St. and the Milan at 1042 Second Ave. The three assignments total 21,200 square feet of retail space.

Robert Futterman, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , and Beth Rosen, associate, of RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation  are representing World-Wide Group in leasing 5,000 square feet of retail space at the Milan.

The available space is on the ground level of the Milan, a new 31-story luxury residential condominium.

This East Side property, located at the southeast corner of East 55th Street, is near the Lipstick Building The Lipstick Building (also known as 53rd at Third) is a 453 foot (138 meters) tall skyscraper located at 885 Third Avenue, near East 53rd Street, next to the Citigroup Center in Manhattan, New York City. It was completed in 1986 and has 34 floors.  and Citicorp Tower.

Said Futterman, "The East Side neighborhood has a strong mix of concentrated residential and commercial tenants, including a host of bars, restaurants and office buildings.

"The location benefits from both office and residential traffic."

Futterman and Sal Ferrigno, senior director, of RKF are also representing the World-Wide Group in leasing retail space at 110-120 Church St. and 88 Greenwich St.

The 110-120 Church St. building, located between Park Place and Murray Street Murray Street may refer to:

, has two retail spaces available totaling 9,500 square feet.

The property is in the TriBeCa community and close to City Hall.

The vernal equinox, also known as "the first point of Aries," is the point at which the sun appears to cross the  Fitness Clubs is a current tenant, as is the soon-to-open Amish Market. Century 21 and J & R Music are a few blocks away.

The 88 Greenwich St. building is located in Lower Manhattan Lower Manhattan is the southernmost part of the island of Manhattan, the main island and center of business and government of the City of New York. Lower Manhattan is generally defined as the area delineated on the north by Chambers Street, on the west by the Hudson River (North  between Rector and Washington streets.

The 458-unit residential property has 6,700 square feet of available retail space on the ground floor, with 50 feet of frontage on Greenwich Street. Nearby tenants include DeJaniero.
