(NOx) emission control technologies from Austin Energy, a leading energy provider in Texas. The NOx reduction technologies to be provided will be applied across all six of Austin Energy's gas-fired boilers.

Making the announcement, John J. Halloran, Vice President of RJM's Combustion and Environmental division, commented, "We are extremely pleased by our ongoing ability to further penetrate the NOx reduction market as our differentiated technologies continue to gain recognition as a cost effective and efficient method for lowering emissions. Many utilities have begun to comply with the 2004 SIP call regulation, and we are pleased to increasingly be selected as their partner of choice."

RJM will provide engineering and selectively apply burner upgrades, CFD CFD - Computational Fluid Dynamics  modeling, NOx Tempering and the turnkey installation for four tangentially tan·gen·tial   also tan·gen·tal

fired and two wall fired units for Austin Energy. The RJM modifications to be installed on the units were selected based upon the most cost-effective results across the units on a system wide basis. Within the last year, Austin Energy installed RJM's proprietary technology at its Holly #3 power plant and has since reduced the unit's overall level of NOx emissions by over 50% from the initial baseline emission level of 0.24 lbs./mmBtu.

"As evident from this contract award, we are experiencing increased worldwide demand for the full range of our emission control technologies in spite of the easing of Clean Air Act regulations and lower power production," stated Richard J. "We chose RJM because of its innovative emission control technology and its recognition in the power generation community for excellent cost-effective performance and high-quality client service. We could not be more pleased to work with RJM once again to support our NOx emission compliance requirements."

About RJM Corporation

Since the company's inception in 1977, the RJM name has become synonymous with the "new thinking" behind innovative energy technologies. RJM's engineers lead the field, offering some of the most effective technologies available today for reducing NOx emissions from fossil fuel fired boilers. In 2002, RJM celebrates its 25th anniversary and the bringing into compliance of more than 50,000 MW of North American North American

RJM Corporation's initial focus on combustion and emissions control engineering for utility and industrial boilers created a reputation for introducing breakthrough technologies. RJM was: first with burner add-ons for NOx emission control, first with practical low NOx fuel oil atomizers for tangential-fired utility and industrial boilers, first with front-end NOx tempering systems and first with second-generation NOx emission control technology.
