This year, the concert will begin with all the choirs ringing the processional `'Bell Jubilee.'' The festive finale will be ``O Worship the King.'' The hand-bell choirs will be accompanied by organ and other instruments and conducted by The Master's hand-bell director Claire Blackwell. The festival also will feature solo hand-bell ringer Christine Anderson, who has traveled the world as a concert artist and conductor.
