RIDING TALL IN THE SADDLE VALLEY RESIDENTS KEEP HORSE TRADITION ALIVE.


Despite steady encroachment on their scenic trails from sprawling development, horse riders in the San Fernando Valley San Fernando Valley

Jill Kailor Ashton of Chatsworth said that she loves riding through the mountains and creekbeds just minutes from her home. ``It's kind of like a retreat for me to ride without any concerns,'' Kailor Ashton said.
