Two other tickets also were winners in Wednesday night's drawing. One was purchased at a Valencia liquor store, but the winner was unknown until 10:30 p.m., when one of the regular customers showed up to face the glare of anxious media crews. An employee inserted the multimillion-dollar ticket into the Lotto machine and verified the bounty bounty, payment made by a government bounty, amount paid by a government for the achievement of certain economic or other goals.
